At the beginning of June 2026, the 2nd transnational meeting of the Math4U Supports Teachers and Students project, funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ program, took place at the University of Granada.

The Math4U Supports Teachers and Students project aims to increase secondary school students' mathematical competencies, improve their language skills, and provide teachers with materials and tools to raise students' interest in learning, activate students' thinking, and enliven tuition. Therefore, we have chosen to prioritize supporting the development of key (mathematical) competencies by preparing new learning and teaching methods and approaches.

Following this priority, the project aims:

Petra Vondráková and Petr Beremlijski (Department of Applied Mathematics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, VSB - Technical University of Ostrava) attended the INTED (International Technology, Education and Development Conference) conference in Valencia, Spain, from 3 to 5 March 2025.

Petra Vondráková presented the results of the projects Math Exercises for You 2 and Math Exercises for You 3 in the poster "Games in Math". 

Petra Vondráková and Petr Beremlijski (Department of Applied Mathematics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, VSB - Technical University of Ostrava) attended the ESERA conference (Conference of the European Science Education Research Association) in Cappadocia, Turkey, from 28 August to 1 September 2023.
